Can it be taken on a plane？
Yes, AIR and TRAVEL can be taken on plane,but you need to report to the airline by phone 1 working day in advance.
(Our battery specification is 24V12AH lithium battery, whose power meets the airline's transportation standards.）
Note: Stable items cannot be taken on the plane.
ls the vehicle waterproof?
The entire vehicle has an IP54 waterproof rating, which can resist splashing water droplets and light rain, but it is not recommended to drive in rainy days. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to heavy rain or soak it in water, as this may cause the controller to malfunction.
What to do if some accessories aredamaged during use？
Please try to take pictures or videos and inform us via email of the damaged location and the cause of the damage. If the accessories can be replaced, we will try to give the separate accessories to you. At the same time, we will consider product upgrades based on the damage cause you provide.
